Adel Ghazzawi is a Dubai-based entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on family office structures, cross-border investments, and strategic business development in the Middle East and beyond.

Adel is the Managing Partner of Tribeca Corporate Services, specializing in facilitating strategic partnerships and business expansion for multinational corporations in the Middle East. With an extensive network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the GCC, the United States, Europe, and Asia, he provides a competitive edge in executing cross-border transactions and establishing successful ventures in key global markets.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Adel has a has raised more than USD 20 Billion over the past 15 years and continue to raise an average of USD 1Billion a year in investment opportunities spanning private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and late-stage pre IPOs. His expertise has contributed to the success of major institutions, including The Related Group, Lion Capital, Capri Capital, BTG Pactual, NGP, Grosvenor, Stepstone, Disruptive Technology Advisers, and Mastry Capital.

His core investment focus includes infrastructure, construction, water infrastructure, real estate, technology, artificial intelligence (AI), consumer goods, and the food & beverage (F&B) sector. In recent years, he has expanded Tribeca Corporate Services’ portfolio into wellness/longevity, hospitality, entertainment, and the space industry, aligning with global and emerging market trends.

Adel serves on the boards and advisory boards of several leading regional and international companies, including Superfile, Triller, Septech Saudi Arabia, LIVIT Hospitality, Cove Beach Holding, Heavensake, Zension, Wildernests, Brains Bio, 100 Coconuts, and Domino’s China. He holds a BSBA in International Business and Finance from the American University in Washington, D.C. and has served on the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) UAE board and the MENA Regional Board. He was also a board member of the EastWest Institute, a global think tank dedicated to international security and policy initiatives.
