Al Anoud Al Hashmi is an Emirati (UAE National) Thought Leader and serial entrepreneur with a digital transformation futuristic focus. Over the past 15 years she held an array of strategic leadership positions that drastically contributed to Dubai’s and the UAE government and private sector. She built her extensive leadership portfolio and experience through various roles in institutions affiliated with technology, sustainability and communications in the UAE and internationally.

Alanoud is currently Founder and CEO The Futurist Company, CEO SDG Global, Young Arab Leader Member.

She is also holding board and advisory role in several organizations focusing on the region and global growth in Business, Sustainability and ESG. Alanoud selected as
CIO Times 10 top women revamping the future 2021.

Alanoud also holds the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO and Founder) The Futurist Company, an SME she founded in 2020 to contribute to the UAE advancement as a hub of latest technologies and disrupt its applications in human life including Energy, Water and Food Nexus. The Futurist Company a future facing company managing projects delivering the UAE and regions demands to deliver on their critical requirements to face the challenges in the present and the future.
Alanoud is a Young Arab Leaders member (YAL), Consultant and Advisor to several corporations and entities. She holds a Global MBA from University of Manchester, and ‘Digital Transformation’ certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
