Member of the Board of Directors of the Al Jaber Group and former Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the years (2007 – 2014).

Prior to this Fatima worked as Assistant Undersecretary for Projects & Technical Services at Abu Dhabi Public Works Department and Abu Dhabi Municipality.

In 2010, Fatima became the first Emirati woman to win the elections of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2010-2014). And served on the Board of the Abu Dhabi Chamber for 2 terms.

Fatima was one of the founding members and the Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen’s Council (2010 -2014) and the Chairperson of the UAE Businesswomen’s Council for the term (2011 to 2014).

Fatima was featured multiple times in different list of Forbes International and Forbes Middle East and other publications as one of the Influential Business Women in the region.

She is a Member of the Economic Collaboration Committee (ECC) for Cooperation between the Public and Private Sector in Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Fatima served on different boards of in UAE:

• Takaful Insurance Company
• Abu Dhabi Economic Development Council

She is also serving on the boards of several Non-profit organisations like

• Future Rehabilitation Centre

• Canadian-UAE Business Council

 

She is also a proud mother of 5 Children.
